Wrochna gets WORLD EXCLUSIVE on Tour’s drug fiasco Celebrity tipster Phil Wrochna of SEN sports radio’s “First of the Bike” Program was likely the first news media program in the world to reveal the suspension of CSC Team Leader Ivan Basso from the Tour De France. During an interview by Wrochna, Cofidis Cyclist Matt White revealed that his friend Stuart O’Grady, a team-mate of Basso had moments earlier told him that Basso was suspended. This was surprising news to both Wrochna and his listeners because during an earlier interview with one of the CSC sports directors Scot Sunderland, Basso was pronounced as an innocent rider who would be starting the Tour.

Other media outlets including CNN, Reuters, and FOXTEL, no doubt listening to SEN quickly began spreading the news but unfortunately no credit has been given in the mass media to Wrochna’s journalistic breakthrough.

For more inside info during the Tour and to get help with your Tour tipping check out SEN 1116(AM) at 7pm on Friday nights.
